When we first got here there was a sign at the front desk that said I will be back soon I'm helping another guest. So we stood waiting another employee came off the elevator but wasn't hurrying or anything to help us and ended up asking us if we were needing help. We responded us we were needing to check on she said oh you need to be up closer to the desk for the bell to go off..... How would we know this if there is a sign that says we will be back. All while the front desk agent was sitting in the back..... Also we went to the pool and had to ask for clean towels since there weren't any available. We wish the fridge would be a little better as well as the thermostat didn't work either it kept displaying urd on it. And the fan wouldn't stay on. The beds were clean and the rooms were as well. But being one of the more expensive options for tonight and having this experience makes me wonder if I should have chosen a different one.
