Really Great except for a few glitches
I do not mind having room service every 3rd day, but I should have been informed before I booked. What do you do with piles of towels for days? Also, the refrigerator makes a loud tapping noise that kept waking me up, even with earplugs, sounding like someone knocking at the door at all hours, and it took me a while to figure it out. The hair dryer falls out of the cradle every time I turned on the bathroom light, and the mirror reflected the bathroom light directly into my eyes at night. Who designed this layout?! But every other concern was addressed immediately by a very friendly staff, and it is an upscale property that competes favorably with much more expensive places. Lovely bedding, comfy mattress, excellent blackout curtains, good temperature control in winter. Eggs and sausage breakfast. But it is over a mile to the Historic District. You will not want to walk it.

It is an older hotel and needs a few upgrades. But clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice. Location was perfect.
