"We LOVED our room! It was perfect for us. We were downstairs with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Fabulous location! It had a kitchenette so we could make some of our meals. The hotel provided dish soap, dish rag, pot holder, dish towel, pots and pans, paper towel, plates, bowls, silverware, spatula, serving spoons, coffee cups, water glasses, coffee maker, coffee, microwave, stove with oven, kitchen sink, refrigerator, dish drainer, toaster, can opener, garbage bags, spaghetti strainer, and the usual motel items (towels, shampoo etc.). Beds were comfy. We brought our own pillows and extra blankets. The room was large with a fixed dinette that was perfect. There was a lot of lighting in the room. A few items we brought along that were really handy were a broom (you track in a lot of sand), a led lamp or night light (bathroom fan comes on with the light so you can’t leave it on all night), sharp paring knife, paper plates. There are a couple of places on the island to get basic groceries or bring them with you. We ate dinner out each night. The Beach Pit had excellent steaks and the best strawberry margarita. The Blue Parrot the best sea food platter. Mango Mikes was ... ok. BJ’s pizza was yummy. Weber’s early morning hot donuts were fabulous. The Trading Post ice cream cone was good but $5 each?!? Anyway, we hated to leave our wonderful room. We were pleased with all of it. It’s not fancy. Housekeeping won’t come in during your stay. Can’t wait to go back!"…""We LOVED our room!
