I have no idea what the property is like. I you check your records I reserved the room on the 21st of June? I reserved it for the 22nd of June. Mwhyvwould you show a slender with the 21st blacked out as if the present? Then IMO move one day to the right then two for check in and out. Didn’t have any rooms for 22 June , 2023 so you switched it up on me. I would rather pay three times as much than to use Travelocity again. I have every intention of posting this anywhere I can. You gained what $50 maybe? Lost a customer.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. I came in around 11:00 pm after traveling all day. After a rude checkin experience (thought the lady was tired) I went to my room but the wifi didn’t work so I called the front desk and was told she would call the “provider”. After 30 mins or so I went downstairs to maybe show her my phone. She threatened to kick me out (It was maybe midnight by then), because I was being “adamant”, I honestly just wanted a solution to my problem, which I had calmly explained earlier. I went outside to try to get a wifi signal from a place nearby and another guest saw me upset and told me all I had to do was put in my last name and room number. The check in lady was giving me a code. The next day I tried to speak to the manager “Ariel” but she said he wasnt in his office and could not get a hold of him. She also told me she could still have me remove from the hotel because I was having an attitude and she didn’t like how I was standing. I have never felt so unsafe, violated, unease, at a hotel before. Worst experience of my life.

It advertised breakfast for two and I paid for it; the restaurant was under renovations, and hotel could not refund me. Then we had to ride this nasty service elevator to get in and out. Horrible! I'd appreciate a partial refund.

My room was very nice and clean! But certain things needs to be updated such as the television. The staff were very nice and noledgeable, but at times a little unprofessional su as eating while attending to guests.

Building is kind of old, with really slow elevators, but clean and functional. Had to wait over an hour to check-in due to a cleaning staff shortage, but I assume this was a one-time problem. Overall it went well.
