The staff was awesome! Lord knows I bugged them enough, but not once were the hesitant to help me and in a pleasant manner! Thank you Holiday Inn Express Staff! :)

Nice Looking but Hospitality Lacking

My mother's home in the area burned down, and this was the only place available for me to stay while trying to salvage what we could from the fire. My room was not made nor were towels and toiletries replaced. After a days of working in the fire damaged structure, it would have been nice to have fresh linens and toiletries. For the cost of the stay (over $400), I certainly expected more. Additionally, I felt that I was being looked down on for coming in dirty each evening after working on the salvage operation of my mother's belongings. I received some odd looks from staff, and a coupe of times it seemed like I was bothering them when asking for something. I will not be staying there again.
