Flop House bad place to stay and over charged me $20.00 and where very rude about it. Very rude young man that worked nights and there Sunday morning when I checked out.

Good, basic room for the money

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I got a real good price on this room over a holiday weekend night. Basic, but clean and quiet with a small kitchentte if you needed one. Dulles Town Center Mall and restaurants very close by.

Nicest hotel for the price in Outer DC area

Pros: refrigerator, small kitchen
Cons: free internet is limited
This place is a great value for the price in the outer DC area. The hotel was clean and my stay was comfortable. The room had many extras, including a kitchenette, that were very useful.
