Nice upgrade at check-in, but it went downhill after that. We had noisy people above us, and management said they couldn't do anything about it. Sounded like kids jumping off beds or furniture...from about 6 am until almost midnight. Ruined our stay.

Great clean hotel, I was able to check early too! Walking distance yo alot of places to eat and just a nice neighborhood.

The room was nice and I was pleased that I was not required to have it cleaned to save on resources. Continental breakfast was high on my list but I was caught by surprise that I needed to pay $15/day for parking. I wish I would have known that before I booked my stay. At breakfast Irma was very helpful and got me what I needed when it wasn't available. The hotel as an email, info@hiex.com, and they do not respond to it. I left an item in my room and inquired as to whether or not they found it and so far no response.
