FILTHY. We recently stayed here with our entire family. Our family had a total of four rooms rented. My sister in law was given the wrong room TWICE. Even walked in on someone already saying in the room once. One room smelled so bad of ammonia and who knows what else and they were forced to cancel their room causing other family to have to uncomfortably split rooms. The other rooms were absolutely filthy. Our room even had burns on the floor and what appeared to be blood stains by the door. When my sister in law got no help from the staff there at the hotel she decided to call the manager. The manager was RUDE asking what she wanted and even said “if it was so bad why didn’t you tell the front desk.” We ALL did. Then the manager even went as far as to tell her it was basically our fault for booking there because it was turning into “low income housing” and we must not have looked at the reviews. I’m sorry but that is no excuse to run a filthy business. Do not book here.

Wet Carpets with Ammonia Smell
Employees were nice and only positive. Room carpet had been cleaned with ammonia. It was soaking wet and left brown stains on towels. It smelled horribly but no other room available. Worried all night about toxic fumes. Spent two hours finding an alternative for second night and securing a refund for second night. Left as soon as I could reasonably wake my kids but had already packed up and slept little while waiting for morning. I had tightness in my lungs, and my youngest had an asthma attack in the morning. All four of us had headaches.

I strongly encourage you to find another hotel, this place is trash. I don't typically leave bad reviews but this place is not a good or safe place to stay, the customer service is no good, I feel bad because on our 2nd day there was a very nice lady who greeted us when we walked in and said hello and was very helpful, but the rest of the front counter staff was terrible. The guy when we checked in didn't even acknowledge that i was there I was more of a bother, what was on his phone was much more important. He gave me the wrong room I had a party of 3 and they had me in a room with 1 bed I do have to say he got me in another room with 2 beds but then around 9pm some strange man (by no fault of his own) just walks in our room with his key when my daughter was standing by the sink at the front door and we think it's her dad but nope just a person trying to get into their room because the front desk person forgot he moved us to that room and gave someone else the key. The trash cans in the building are never emptied and the place is just dirty, the free breakfast included is a joke with nothing there to actually eat not unless you want to get sick. Let's not talk about the rift raft that hangs out in the front and the shady people that lurk around. The room was dirty with stains all over the floor and a huge stain on the chair and inside the bathroom it looked like either a dog or a person was locked in there for a long period of time with scratch marks all over the door.

The room 205 was almost excellent except the chair arm was torn. My problem was outside the room The hallway carpet is horrible. Garbage piled up by the elevator for over 24hrs.
