On the morning of the 11th of October someone broke into our vehicle and stole our luggage in broad daylight. The staff immediately informed us of the break in. Their parking terrace needs better security. We spent the rest of the trip trying to repair windshield and items that were stolen.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to the convention center. The staff were nice but logistically this stay was a nightmare. They didn’t have the room we were promised or a roll out bed for my daughter. They promised a free meal and comp’d parking but not only was I charged for the parking and meals I was charged for a night we didn’t stay. The communication about meal service was non existent. There was no delivery to the room but a spot to mark the time you wanted the food and the second day the food was not ready even an hour after it was promised. Very disappointed. Dealing with contacting accounting to try to straighten out the bill. Another lengthy process
