On the main floor, you can cook in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy it around the table or in the adorable breakfast nook. There is also a grill and spacious patio for dinners outside.

Located in the North End, you'll be near Proctor, Old Town Tacoma, and Ruston. For groceries, food to go, and much more Metropolitan Market is just a short walk away. In Old Town, you can enjoy a delicious Breakfast or Lunch at Montamara Kitchen or dinner and drinks at Spar. Take a quick drive over to Ruston and explore the shops and restaurants, and beautiful waterfront walkway. Charming house in great location.
The home is spacious with three floors to spread out. Charming decor and good sized kitchen. Loved everything, but heating. Basement was a bit cold and we could have used extra blankets. Overall, a great place to stay.

Charming North Side home.
Has all the amenities needed. Beds and furniture are comfortable. 3 stories- lots of steep stairs. We stayed during the warmest week and the top level was uncomfortably warm even with windows open and 2 fans blowing.

Cute Place, Not Well Maintained
This property suited our needs well from a space standpoint. We had 3 teenagers and one adult, and this location offered 3 comfortable bedrooms, along with two living spaces, kitchen, dining, and outdoor deck. The house has some kind of cooling system but beware that it does not extend to the upstairs - that room gets super hot in warm weather and takes hours to cool off at night. We were greeted by signs asking us to remove our footwear, and gladly complied, but quickly found our feet quite dirty. The floors were not cleaned at all in the upstairs, and were dirty as well in parts of the main floor. Among random dirt and debris, I had a fingernail clipping adhere to my foot, which has never been on my wish list of things to experience. The bedding also did not smell fresh and it didn't make sense to launder it and remake the bed due to the thick layer of mildew that was on the gasket around the door of the washing machine. Nothing would come out of there smelling fresh! The property manager offered to send a cleaning crew out, but that would have been just another disruption to an already disappointing experience. This is my second Vacasa stay in Washington, and both locations were less than sparkling, which is making me wonder if Vacasa is simply not the way to go.

Graduation Weekend
We absolutely loved this house and was in a perfect, quiet location for our stay over graduation weekend at UPS. We had a larger family, all of which fit nicely in the four bedrooms. It is lovely inside and out, well appointed, with a great sitting area in the back for rest and conversation. Highly recommended.

Charm spoiled by poor housekeeping/management
Bottom line: If you don't mind not having enough towels/linens, and you don't care if there is no service if something (like the coffeemaker) doesn't work properly, and that the upholstery and rugs need a good cleaning (bathroom rug filthy) then you will do fine with this rental. Fortunately we had family nearby who could help us out with what we needed. It deserves to be a 5 star rental, but Vacasa has let the owner down by having very poor local management. Our rating started at a 4 because of the subpar housekeeping, then dropped to a 3 when we never had any assistance despite numerous requests and repeated meaningless promises from the Vacasa help number during our 11 day stay. Finally dropped it to a 2 star when we looked at older VRBO reviews and discovered this is a long term problem at this rental with - despite apologies and "we'll inform our local team" - no concrete improvement. Re Vacasa: we will hesitate to book a rental that is run by them in the future since they are totally dependent on the professionalism of their local team is. Not only do they not post negative reviews on the Vacasa site, they also didn't get back to me personally. This home is nicely furnished and is a great location. It deserves better. Hoping the owner sees this and makes some changes.

Great location and house layout but housekeeping services sloppy. No dishwasher laundry soap
There were giant flies which seemed to keep coming from the lower floor. The outdoor garbage can was filled with recycling in bags from the previous occupant. No instructions about day to set out garbage cans. Towels were non absorbent and the pillows are like rocks. More care in needed with upkeep.
