Very nice accomidations

The room was very sizeable and clean. The front desk clerk for check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was also very nicely set up. The only thing that kept me from giving it an overall excellent rating was the proximity to the neighboring hotel. You have to drive through another property to get to the quality inn, and that property seemed to have a lot of people out in the parking lot hanging out and being loud. I know this is not something this facility can control, but it made me a bit uncomfortable when I would go out to my car at night.

GREAT HOTEL!!!

I stay at this hotel for every trip I take when I visit home, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it is close to everything restaurants, entertainment and shopping and ONE OF THE BEST continental breakfast offerings!!!

Horrible management and staff.BEWARE

Pros: Recent renovation.But they didn't replace or clean appliances and toilet seats.Breakfast was decent.Maintenance guy was nice & helpful but OVERWORKED.
Cons: Management needs to learn how to treat guests and find ways to resolve problems, instead of making them worse. Honesty is a great start.
Location: Decent location, convenient to highway and restaurants.
Front desk girl and manager lied to us when they said they'd take care of issue. Bloody sheets, moldy refridgerator, dirty sock left in microwave, DISGUSTING toilet. On our final night, they called us in our room at 10:15pm to inform us they were kicking us out. The front desk guy decided not to after I refused, and explained the issues to him. Management missed a couple of opportunities to easily satisfy their guests, but chose to deceive us and make things difficult. Staff appears to be stretched too thin, trying to operate this hotel, as well as the hotel next to them. Also, only has 1 wifi access point in lobby. If your room is too far away from the lobby, you'll have little or no wifi access. Not the end of the world, but can be very inconvenient.

Safety?

The door leading into the building tended to "stick". When I told the front desk staff they told me I that I just needed to make sure it was closed to make my keycard work. It was difficult to open from the inside too. Also, the smoke dector in my room was covered in aluminum foil. This was a nice place to stay however safety was a concern.

Nice

Overall the hotel is a decent place for the price. Some of the employees however sometimes have a bad attitude and they take forever to bring extra toilet paper and towels to the room.
