Rude front desk personnel, no telephone in room, no rod to hang up clothing, next to pool very loud, very loud music more than two hours after 9pm by car just sitting. No way to call font desk.

I’m from Bainbridge and people are friendly. I walked into the office and admittedly early, The front desk person greeted me with,”Your early”. No smile, no hello welcome to our hotel we are glad you chose our property. Not one word, just you will need an ID and a credit card. Did not say another word when handed the ID and card back or when I got the room key. Just a few words that the room was in the back of the hotel. I will not stay at the hotel again. I will stay at the Econo Loge next door or the Holiday Inn Express the next time I visit my home town and I will make sure and tell my family and friends.
