"Very cozy and clean condo, with nice beds and showers. Also enjoyed the fireplace. Great location in Vail. We had a lovely stay and will return. My only suggestion is to give check-out instructions earlier and more often, or on printed paper -- such as at time of booking, or time of check-in. I like to make notes of to-do's when I have time and put them on my calendar. The check-out instructions were sent the night before check-out when we were busy packing and dealing with flight issues. Therefore resulting in missing your sent email until it was too late and we were on the way to the airport. "
