Have stayed here several times. The first words that come too mind are large, spacious, cool, quiet (in the right rooms). Very modern, well kept; great shower. It is reasonably convenient to the CC Metro via underground walkway. They, like most places, are still suffering a real staff shortage, but only real impact on me was in the evening at the bar trying to get takeout.

The Hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. However, the parking garage was confusing to navigate. We were given directions on where to go, of course, but once you go in, nothing is labeled and we just had to guess that we were parked in the correct spot. Not a huge problem but some signs pointing us in the right direction to back up the verbal directions that were given would be nice. Other than that it was great!

I would highly recommend this property! Clean, comfortable and convenient. They did the best they could around the pandemic and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The only small (very small) issue I had is that the vending on the floor was sold out during my stay which meant I had to go to the lobby to buy drinks/snacks. On the other hand having the FedEx office on the second floor was very beneficial to me.
