Conveniently located. But, missing tea bags in the room as I am not coffee drinker. Also missing shower cap. Florian, the evening bell serviceman, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Given staffing issues the concierge (Connie) and front door security staff were up beat and professional. Service in restaurant very slow due to staffing issues and limited hours.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for the July 4 weekend and it was a great experience. The hotel is so convenient to all the attractions. Everything was within walking distance but there is also a Metro station entrance right in the building.

The property has a fantastic location,near transportation, restaurants museums and and of course the Capital building and monuments. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are wonderful 4 stars

The front desk personnel were very helpful and helpful. Room was not cleaned properly, there’s still food in the fridge and it smelled. missing toiletries also. Front desk moved us to another room. We scheduled a cleaning for our room the following day and housekeeper did not refill any of our toiletries except for the lotion. Found a used plastic dental floss in our bed. And the bed was not fixed properly.
