Room 305 - Shower faucet leaked horribly and NO hot water. It barely got warm. Toliet also needs to be fixed. It ran the longest I've ever heard after a flush. I actually took the top off thinking it needed the chain fixed, but nope. Hotel was nice- room looked great entering until the water issues.

It took an hour and half of me being on the phone with both Travelocity and the hotel for them to find my reservation. They said the confirmation number on my email was Travelocity’s confirmation number and not their confirmation number and therefore couldn’t find it. I know there can be disconnects booking through a third party and the actual hotel but something like just being able to pull up the reservation should not had taken the customer and hour and half of their trip to figure out. Travelocity should provide their confirmation number on the email.
