I stayed here twice during the Covid shutdown. So I didn't get to use any amenities, but the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful and the room was super clean and nice.

I really enjoyed my stay. It's a good hotel in a very good area with alot of amenities. Would highly recommend Via Sophia, the restaurant as it was amazing. That said, this hotel had alot of "fees". The cost of the fees, literally doubled the price of the room and the fees were only for facility and parking. I would recommend planning that in the cost of your stay.

STAFF ADDINA CHECKED ME IN VERY CONDESCENDING TO ME HAD A SMIRK ON HER FACE AS SHE DEGRADED ME IN FRONT OF ITHER GUESTS RE MY CC OF CHOICE A DIFF AGENT CAME AND HELPED ME FINIAH MY CK IN. The hotel was built in the 1920's and is in a great location for food,bars, and the national mall.
