I didn’t catch her name but the person at the front desk had great customer service skills. she was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, plenty of outlets for our electronics. The only thing we didn’t have was sugar and creamers for cofee.

I called to let them know my flight was delayed and it was leaving at 11:45 pm so please hold my room. Told no problem I would get a late check in. When I arrived no rooms available. Gave it away at 12. Never book there!

Very disappointing stay, would not recommend. A few of the issues: * The front desk clerk on duty when we arrived didn't know how to enter our information correctly. Check-in took 20 minutes. * Our room for four was stocked with two towels, one soap, and one tiny shampoo. * Hotel was advertised as serving breakfast. Upon arrival we found out there was no breakfast available. * We were told hotel shuttle would arrival in a few minutes, just come to the lobby, no need to call ahead. Shuttle took 20 minutes to arrive and then we learned it was being shared with another hotel so we had to go there before proceeding to the airport. We were late in picking up a family member. * Housekeeping did not clean our room. When I called the front desk, I was told we needed to put out the white sign saying we wanted to have housekeeping clean the room. It's standard policy that you put out a sign if you don't want housekeeping to disturb you, not if you DO want housekeeping. Manager was all attitude and not one bit apologetic, insisting we should have put out the white sign. Our room did not have a white sign and no one had mentioned this policy. * Possible bed bugs, one family member received multiple bites which we discovered after returning home. Unsatisfactory, I will not be staying there again and I do not recommend it to others.

James at the counter was nice and did my check in smoothly. I am so glad he let me check in earlier than the check in time because I was really tired after being stuck at the airport for 24 hrs due to delayed flights.
