Knew for the price is wasn't a 5 star hotel however the used condom next to the bed was too much to overlook. Went to the front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. Once in the "upgraded" room we found it to not be vacuumed. The food crumbs and toenail clippings wasn't great but the cigarette butt in our non smoking room was kinda disgusting too. I know the hotel staff can't control what people do, but if you're not going to clean the room then tell people up front that they're staying at a crack house not a hotel. On top of that the indoor pool was out of service and the elevator was broken too.

The hallway from outside to the rooms smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke which also made the room smell too. There was a sign on the front door we saw as we checked out saying the building was not fit for habitation and should not be occupied.
