Doirs wouldnt open and was charged extra for thst service the rooms were so noisy party was going on music was do loud. There for a funeral and was very bad parking unsafe with the crowds bothering us as we walked to our car

Facility was clean and it was a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant was very nice and the food was very good. Service was slow because several people arrived at the same time. But that Coconut Cake!!!!

The WiFi connection was weak, I bring an echo with me on trips for night noise, and it just wouldnt connect. Otherwise though, my first hotel with a balcony outside the room, which was novel. But mostly, it was the staff. I arrived early but they didnt have a room ready for me yet, which was fine. But I had some perishables I didnt want to keep in my hot car till I could check in, and they happily stored them for me till my room was ready. Great customer service. :)

No housekeeping unless you ask for it. No coffee machine in the room despite their own website stating otherwise. All of this should have been explained upon check in.

Hi I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. The keurig's were removed when covid started. all touch items were taken out. We do give complimentary coffee in the morning from 6am to 10 am. That should have explained to you at check in. Did you ask the front desk about a coffee maker? We do have them available upon request for 5.00 for the stay and that includes cups and condiments. We also changed housekeeping due to covid. We are not coming into your room. At this point most people still prefer this. Everything is available at the front desk for you. This also was explained at check in. I know that we give you a lot of information when you check in so possibly you missed this. I hope that this helps explain why things are as they are. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
