Booked a room for 3 people and expected a couch bed for the third person, but there was no couch bed. There were also only two bath towels. Poor water pressure in sink and shower. No drain stopper in bathroom sink. Shower door would not close all the way so lots of wayer dripping onto floor. Loose floor tile in bathroom. Hot water temp varied from not being hot enough after waiting a few minutes, then would be too hot during a ten minute shower, so you had to keep adjusting. With 45 minutes left of breakfast time, several items were out. Really nice wide parking spaces. Nice new exterior, lobby, and parking lot. Easy access, and nice location. Surprised there were so many issues at a hotel that can only be a couple years old. Would not stay there again at price paid.

it is nice and clear and looks very new hotel. the only thing I don't feel happy about because someone who lives upstairs is super noisy, it's running all the way around the room until 10:30.

I’ve always liked the town of Page - nestled high up in the vast open desert of Arizona and this hotel kind of fits with this. It’s very clean, comfortable with spacious rooms and a surprising amount of amenities (including gym and laundry). Rooms are a decent size and it’s just a short drive to all of the attractions and restaurants…bizarrely there’s a Denny’s located all by itself just across the parking lot! The breakfast could be better and I wouldn’t bother spending extra money on a balcony room - the view isn’t great. My only real complaint is that I should have received a room upgrade through Expedia but I did not, despite the fact that there were obviously rooms available…
