Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room.

Rental also includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Jen -Air Range and plenty of pots, pans and cookware for preparing your favorite meals at home. Cozy home with an awesome view
This place felt great the moment we arrived. Clean with all the amenities we required. The view out of the sunroom is amazing, or you get the same view from the outdoor patio table. Numerous hummingbirds kept us entertained. Great communication from the owner. We'll definitely plan to return.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. The view from the sunroom was beautiful. We enjoyed hummingbirds coming to the window. Large rocks out back were fun to sit on and meditate. Two deer scampered off when I walked to the back yard today. There was a movable outdoor firepit. Last night we sat on the outdoor patio furniture, made a fire and roasted marshmallows. Surrounding trees gave lots of privacy. it’s a great place to get away from it all and rest.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house is very nicely appointed, everything you need is provided! Our favorite place in the house was the sun porch, hands down!! We watched the many hummingbirds, even refilled their feeders!! The view is beautiful and we loved watching all the weather roll through!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

The views at the property were amazing. The house was clean and well kept. It was very cozy and a great location. We felt very at home. The furnishings are somewhat dated but comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. Very well stocked. The easiest checkout I've ever experienced. I would stay here again.
