Didn't like that when we checking in the lady didn't tell us that we had a queen bed when I paid extra for a king! She didn't try to give me my money back just said sorry

Overall stay was good. Only down fall was, i had to leave a day earlier due to important Dr's appointment Monday May 1. Package or not, should have been able to recieve refund, but thats life.

Hobos and homeless near proximity of hotel

Thank you for your review. We see that there was a problem with homeless in the area. We are addressing this situation we have placed key readers so you can only access the upper floors with a key, we have hired Security for the parking lots.

Location was good! Parking lot safety and security terrible! Gate was not working. Elevator not working on day of checkout and had to carry my luggage down 6 flights of stairs. On duty front desk staff not really concerned.

Love how close it is to the convention center .always so easy to check in friendly staff . The parking lot is small and even if you pay 15 dollars a day sometimes you can't leave becaude you will lose your parking that yoi paid for
