We have stayed there before and was a great place to stay.
But over the last several monthes it went downhill very badly.
Will not stay there again and will not recomend to anybody.The homless people might not even stay there now

No air conditioning, pool was closed, weight room closed, carpet wrinkled in hallway, furniture was worn, card keys took 10-30 minutes to activate, older window panels one wouldn’t stay open. No maid service towels were not changed out. On a good note, the ice machine works by the main entrance. The suite was open and could be comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Roof leaking, buckets everywhere. Carpet worn and frayed, a major trip hazard. Hallways dark and unclean. One trashcan in room, one bar of soap, no hairdryer. A/C not working. One ice machine on site.

First and last time
Hotel looks nice at the entrance, once you go to the rooms they look really old and need to be refurbished. A lot of the furniture was very worn out. Blow dryer didn't work either. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the people next door talking almost clearly. Hard time going to sleep. Best part about the hotel was the breakfast though.

Lots of room for a large family. Great morning breakfast for a day or so. Same breakfast every day. Didn't use the pool, didn't have time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Pros:Nothing
I arrived at the hotel after landing in Albuquerque at midnight. Upon arriving art the hotel, I knew there was a problem. The lobby was run down and in poor condition. The front desk attendant seemed over worked at 2 in the morning. I have 2 children with allergies and I asked to see our room prior to taking it. Upon entering the room, there was the smell of smoke and perfumes/sprays to cover it up. I pointed this out to the staff and he said he didn't smell anything. I asked to cancel the reservation due to the health concern for my children and he said he would, but I would be charged for the night. When he called the Manager, she initially said ok, but then called back and said she could not eliminate the charge, because Travelocity would charge them for the room anyway. After specking with representatives at Travelocity, I found this to be a lie. When I confronted the Manager with this fact, she said I was being charged anyway and accused me of lying.
Overall, I was verbally abused and charged for trying to maintain the health of my children. Do not stay in this hotel....ever.

Good hotel
Cons:Bathroom could be larger
Very close to the Albuquerque International Balloon festival, a number of the Balloon crews stayed at the Quality Inn.
