The current standard by Hilton is cleaning on the 4th day of your stay. This is due to abundance of caution during the pandemic.

Property did not reveal that the pool was closed.we have stayed there several times. This time the front desk person was rude. The hotel was dirty. There were no amenities available. They put us in a ground floor room. We left and stayed somewhere else. Expecting full refund from Travelocity.

Dear Mary, All pools are closed in New Mexico per the Gov. Ground floor can be resolved by just asking for a room on a higher floor.

We were here as the country spiraled into the COVID-19 shut downs, and we had a lovely time. The staff were pleasant, professional and friendly. Will not hesitate to stay there again, and will certainly recommend this property.

The first floor layout was confusing. The room was spacious, there were bath homes, bed was very comfortable.

It was great with the exception of the Ortiz restaurant. The food was not that good and the waiter was not friendly at all.

Great location

Pros: The décor and location.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: This hotel is located within a stone's throw of Santa Fe Plaza and many restaurants, galleries.
This hotel location is just a short walk from the Santa Fe plaza. We found the staff knowledgeable and very willing to help with anything we needed or questions we had about "what was happening in Santa Fe". Our combined business and pleasure weekend was a great success.
