Experience the best of Lake Martin. This Villa is located inside the Stillwaters resort and is conveniently located on the water and to popular attractions and restaurants. Only 30 minutes from Auburn makes these a great football weekend getaway as well!

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa sleeps 6 and features quartz counter tops, tile floors in the living areas, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, flat screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms. Outside you will find a new extended deck that was just completed in March 2023. New floors installed in bedrooms in March 2023.

Perfect little place on the lake
We loved our stay at Poplar Point. It’s located in a gated community with a golf course and restaurant, Copper’s that we went to one night. The villa/townhouse has a wonderful view of the lake that we took full advantage of for morning coffee and later cocktails So peaceful! I didn’t want to leave! We stayed here the weekend we moved our daughter out of her dorm at AU. It’s about a 40 minute drive to Auburn. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has what you need for a weekend stay. The neighbors are friendly too. Wish we could have stayed longer to use the lake. Staying here makes me want a house/condo on a lake!

Wonderful Get-Away - Condo in Need of Some TLC
Frank and Nick are fantastic to work with, very responsive and even had a boat available for us while we were there checking out the lake. We had a wonderful time and would stay with them again. With that said, condo is showing its age. It could use some new paint and a thorough cleaning. We like to cook and had to wash some dishes before using. However, this particular condo would not keep us from coming back - Enjoyable stay.

Great outdoor area
Three friends just getting together for an Auburn game - this place was perfect to get away and relax at a fair price within a short drive of Auburn. The outdoor deck area was very relaxing as you were under a canopy of trees and right on the water.
