Lakeway has really deteriorated over the years. If used to be great. Now it is marginal. Inadequate staff. No room service. No one to serve at pool area. We stayed four nights and only had hot water for about 24 hrs total. Constant problems with hot water. Restaurant wasn’t convenient and too expensive for what it was. I was disappointed having spent time there in the past when it was really great.

Awesome view. Large section of pools closed off to families with kids including hot tub which is the main thing we looked forward to. Not sure if the no kids rule is profitable to most customers.
