Hotel was brilliant, rooms were a nice size, with both a shower and standalone bath. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Facilities were great too, pool was beautiful and incredibly relaxing

Property was ok and good for the price we paid! Glad we didn’t pay more ! Spa was mediocre, steam room not working and jacuzzi pool freezing, sauna was the only good spa facility -could not stay in the jacuzzi any longer than 10 minutes -not relaxing at all !!! Bedroom was cold upon arrival and heating wasn’t working -called reception who got it working but this was short lived and had to call them the next day after being out as it was even colder.they eventually got it working from the basement apparently. I had to request my free drinks the next evening when I remembered as this was not offered to me on check in -but didn’t end up using it so was ashame. Overall ok hotel good location, rooms and bathroom large. But if you want a lovely spa break go somewhere else

The room is spacious and the amenities is really good but the carpet has some stains. Instead of that the location is very good, just a few minutes walk to Abbey Church and Roman Bath.
