Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
My mother fell on the back patio on the uneven stairs. She’s 84 and broke her knee cap. I notified customer service and let them know to perhaps paint a red stripe or put up a railing but haven’t received any follow up. I didn’t expect it but it would have been nice. We aren’t litigious and informed them so they can make it safer. This will impact the rest of her life. Plus the house wasn’t cleaned very well. The kitchen cupboards were sticky and a mess. I had to clean them myself.
