I did not like the design of the bath room. There was no door covering the bathtub/shower. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower with only a shower curtain between me and the people I was sharing the room with. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel was beautiful and perfect location for concert at Moda center. Parking is not so great. Took a while to find self parking, valet had lines down the block.

The hotel itself was very nice, well cleaned and maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar, on the other hand, which might be managed by a different company, I'm not sure, was not very friendly (nary a smile to be seen) nor knowledgeable when asked a simple question like "how much will these 2 drinks come to?", the answer was "I don't know until I ring it up", and walk away. They were NOT busy when we were there, they were inclined to walk away and ignore us. The bill came with sugar syrup smeared all over the back of the clipboard, which ended up making for quite a mess, which the staff ignored and we cleaned up ourselves with bar napkins. No concept of customer satisfaction. We were dressed nicely for New Year's Eve but they still treated us as if we were bothering them. As if their job was puttering around behind the bar, but not waiting on customers.
