Checked in Friday. heater didnt work. Called front desk. Clerk came to room, could not get to work either so changed room. Went out Saturday 8pm for supper. Came back 9pm and my key didn't work the code had been changed. Clerk didnt update computer to show new room and put new guest in my room. New guest stole my money ($600) I had left on desk inside door and reported someone still occupied room. Manager said I must have demagnitized key but 2 keys both didn't work. Front desk manager confirmed code was changed twice and said he would talk to manager and get back to me regarding proposed "compensation" but never followed up.

The room they checked me into smelled like someone was smoking in there right before I got there and the lights did not work. I did not stay there. I had to fight to get my money back. I missed an appointment I had because I was fighting with the front desk to get my money back.

Liked being right on the river and having a river view. But the hotel was not very clean and needed lots of work. Fan in bathroom that ran when light on as loud as a machine gun; no pillow cases on most of the pillows; tv didn't work, had to move it ourselves so cable would reach; door knobs loose; outdoor party till 10 with booming music

Average quality hotel. Would stay again. Could use some “sprucing” up here and there as well as some deep cleaning.

It seems in need of a remodel. Hallways had stained carpet and shower ceiling was crumbling. Restaurant was ok and convenient, staff super nice. Appreciate shuttle to airport!!
