Here at Medford location, we are well known for our exceptional customer service and we always look for improvement. We would like to clarify that our front office manager was available on property during your entire stay, while upper management was not available. We apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience that may have resulted due to that.In regards to your reservation, we take weather condition and flight cancelation into consideration. However, we refer back our guest to the third party for any modification to the reservation since you reservation type is a contract between the hotel and the third party.
