I have never had a worst experience at a hotel in my entire life. It was truly a trip from hell and I am in disbelief. I booked and paid for a 2 night stay through Travelocity (that was both confirmed through email and phone call). We checked in Friday night. 1st room not cleaned properly, dirty glass, opened wine bottle in the refrigerator, bed looked as if sheets were slept in, and the room had a strange odor. We are in middle of a world pandemic and comfort inn advertises that they are taking extra precautions sanitizing rooms. It gets better. The 2nd room, I'm ready to get in bed and there's vomit between night table and bed and on the bed itself. I have pictures. I understand the occasional stray hair in a hotel, but VOMIT!? The board of health should be called. Front desk is trying their best but cannot reach management for assistance. We move to a 3rd room and by then I'm upset, and the comforter has hair visibly on it and items still left in the refrigerator. We get back to hotel that evening, opened the door and all my belongings are gone. I'm in total panic; go down to front desk and they don't know where my belongings are, state that we were checked out and our reservation was for 1 night, but my keycard oddly still worked (isn't that unsafe?). I'm beyond upset, and they located our belongings. They violated my privacy and handled my personal items without even contacting us. They sent us on our way (probably for complaining about the rooms we received).
