We ate at the hotel restaurant and the experience was awful. The food was late, cold and the orders were wrong. We complained to the management and they did nothing. The food is very expensive, you would think the service would be much better.

They let us check in early after our long flight. We were greeted each time we approached the front desk by someone, even when the person that would help us was engaged with another customer another staff asked us what they could do to help. Even the busperson at breakfast was friendly and helpful. Very nice staff at this Embassy Suites. And we had a great night's sleep after our red-eye. Thank you!

Breakfast was awesome. The gentleman who made my omelet was so nice and there was a polite woman cleaning and taking care of the breakfast area. Room was beautiful, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The safe wasn't working and someone came right up to fix it. The girl at the front desk was sweet, fast and polite!
