There was a hole in the wall, I think some kind of light went there, I've been in many other hotels where there was more fresh fruit besides bananas and oranges offered. Only some kind of egg was offered and canadian ham.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention Please accept my sincere apology for the challenges that you had during your stay and I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves on giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance.

Arrival was fine. We went to the pool, that was clean. What occurred the next day at the window to our room and our car was disappointing and disgusting. Where our car was parked and where our room window was located there was another car parked next to us. This car had visibly urinated 3-4 times around there car and also on the tire of our car. Two individuals and clearly slept there and where in there car for at least the morning. There were mounds of paper towels next to them where they had relieved themselves and a washcloth that someone had washed with. While this is a sad and unfortunate circumstance for these people, we paid nearly $950 for a 2-night stay for a 1 bedroom. For this price I was not anticipating our car being urinated on or this unfortunate situation to occur at our window where human waste was all around us.
