The best part about this hotel was the location. It was close to family, shopping and the Porter Square train station. The room size was good, not too big or too small. My biggest problem was adjusting the room temperature; other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

My room was quite small, but adequate. Really need clear instructions for heating system. Also many little things with lights--very annoying--light on phone by bed, light on TV, light on thermostat...really! I am a poor sleeper, so too much light. Hotel did honor my request for a quiet room, so that was good. Very nice desk staff, too!

The biggest plus was closeness to the Red Line entrance. The biggest negative was that the parking was only valet, and expensive. Since we stayed here to avoid driving in Boston, that was all fine. As others mentioned, the room was very small, but it was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful, the morning bagels and muffins were good.

Very convenient

The staff at the hotel were truly very nice and helpful. The hotel did not have a gym but there was one nearby for a small fee. My room was small and I had to keep my clothes in my luggage but the room was very comfortable. One of the best features was that the hotel is very close to the subway, CVS, and good places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.
