The staff were all friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. It was quiet, even though it was close to North Station and TD Garden. It was clean and comfortable. I will gladly stay there again.

Nice hotel well located and good service
Service was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in my room was not working and when I asked at the reception she immediately upgraded me to another room

The heater did not work. Cold room in February. The shower faucet and shower head did not work properly. The coffee from the in-room Keurig machine and at the restaurant was cold. Again, everything that needs to be hot/warm in the Boston winter was cold!! Very disappointing at the least! Even a full refund from the hotel is not adequate!

So convenient and close to TD Garden. Bar inside. Bartender was great with our drinks. Parking was a block away at a garage for $40 but with construction and how confusing Boston is you will get lost. Thats not the hotels fault though. Overall would definitely recommend and stay there again.
