Bed bugs. We got eatin alive. Motel staff took pictures of our bites. They put us in another room. Staff told me the churches sometimes rent rooms to homeless people and homeless bring whatever with them. This freaked me out... i expect a refund...

The check-in process was fine, but the room, noise level, smell of smoke (in non-smoking section) was terrible. Our door didn't even close correctly so it was drafty and anytime our very noisy (long-term) neighbor smoked it came right in our room. The room was dark, tiny, and very uncomfortable. The beds were absolutely horrible! I didn't have super high expectations for motel 6, but this particular one was exceptionally bad.

The rooms are upgraded and comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was that the parking lot felt a little unsafe, ( I'm a female travelling alone with my 3 year old son) I saw a man in a small truck driving around repeatedly who didnt seem to be security, and I made sure I locked my car, but otherwise it was a nice basic stay.
