Room was small and bathroom even smaller. The stopper in the bathtub was broken. We were given a room that I did not request. Travelocity sent in the wrong room request and no efforts were put in to fix the problem

Smoke permeated upstairs hallways. Room was tiny but quiet. Smoke alarm went off while i was in the shower shower. My husband called the desk to check on the fire emergency and was told not to worry steam in the bathroom set it iff. They sent a man to turn the alarm off. No apology or offer to negotiate at checkout. Not a good experience.

I loved my room. It had a balcony, which let in a lot of light & a cool fresh breeze. I like that the room had it's own a/c unit that i could control because the overall temp in the place was HOT! My room was very clean, equipped with many amenities & a comfortable king size bed. The tv came with HBO & Cinemax, which was nice. My room had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron w/ironing board (full size), hair dryer, and decent toiletries. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially housekeeping. They also have an attached casino, which was lots of fun! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had to wait a really long time to check in as no one was at the front desk. Overkill cigarette smoke smell when you walk in, but then again it is a casino. Elevator smells like cigarettes a lot. But moment you step off the elevator it's like a whole new world. Clean & smells great. Room was clean & smelled great. Fluffy & comfortable pillows. Overall, I would probably stay again.

Get me Out of Here!

Pros: Thought it was centerally located
Cons: All that I stated! It is an old time smelly casino hotel that really needs to be demolished!
Location: I went to Virginia City!
The hotel was situated next to a PG&E electric transfer station with that low constant buzzing sound. Terrible sound insulation as when ever anyone in close rooms flushed the toilet or took a shower the noise was so loud. The entry to hotel was awkward as I my arms were full but doors were not automatic. Entering the main reception area, I was accosted with the smell of old, stale cigarettes and a generalized mustiness. My room overlooked the roof of main building with a constant generator sound. If I hadn't has my ear plugs for sleep and the fact that the room was already paid for, I would have turned around and left in an instant. I had paid $109. for room and was expecting a nicer room and experience for the price for Carson City, Nevada. In fact I am reconsidering ever using travelosity again as I was locked into this hotel where any other time I would have turned around after just entering. The staff was friendly and changed my initial room, (facing the electric situation directly outside my window) whith out a problem.

Close to Lake Tahoe

Pros: Staff, rooms were ok for price we paid. Nothing fancy, but functional. Rooms were quiet
Cons: Nothing
Location: Lake Tahoe.
Easy to get to Lake Tahoe. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good parking. Restaurant was good, prices were very fair. Also give senior discount on food.
