We could not ask for a better stay. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure you felt welcome. The room was clean and provided plenty of space. No complaints for Hyatt Place Cincinnati.

It was very clean and kept up to par for our visit. The staff was very friendly and well informed about the property and amenities for our room, pool, etc.. this was our 2nd time staying here and they did not let us down, so we'll definitely be back. Overall satisfaction is 👍! I do wish they had a fire place outside, that would have topped it all!
