We stayed here in order to go to a baseball game for my sons birthday. I requested a roll away bed when I booked the room as well as when we arrived to the property. When we were done with the baseball game and returned to hotel I saw there was still no roll away in our room. I called down to inquire and the lady at the desk said she would look for one and call me back. Well an hour later I went down to the desk only to be told there were no more available, she offered to bring my son a blanket and a pillow so that he could sleep on the floor... we ended up with another room that would have two beds we were told. When we arrived to the second room, there was still only one bed. I could not be more displeased with our stay at this "top rated" hotel. Never again.

Close to business feels close to home

Pros: Quiet
This hotel sits squarely adjacent to Cleveland's downtown business district as well as the main highways. Having said that, once inside, it feels like you've arrived a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city: the spacious lobby allows for socializing or consulting the the helpful staff, the room I had felt cozy without seeming small or cramped in any way, and I enjoyed a lovely view of Lake Erie sans any traffic noise. The bed felt so comfortable I could have overslept every day deliberately. I would certainly choose this property again when business brings me to Cleveland.
