The lobby is beautiful, very welcoming. The hostess was very pleasant. The double room beds are too small. The toilet is really old and low to the floor. No new plug outlets for smart devices. Valet team was amazing.

I felt disappointed and somewhat humiliated by my interaction with the front desk staff. When I asked something, the employee seemed preoccupied and responded in a hurried manner. It seemed he was more focused on serving the next guest in line than on offering me thoughtful assistance. A more attentive response would have made my experience much better.
