Thank you for the wonderful review, Nelson. We hope to see you on your next trip to Cleveland.

Loved staying in such a beautiful, historic structure. As a result of fitting a hotel into the old Arcade, some room shapes are odd. And though they are lovely, the wooden shutters on the windows can’t really let in any light from the arcade without passers by being able to see into your room. I’d recommend some filtered drapes on the inside. The first 2 floors to the arcade are open to the public for shopping, and on Friday night of our stay, the first floor was rented for a wedding. It was lovely, but hopefully no one needed to sleep before 11 pm, when the music stopped. That’s a downside to this place. Any noise from the whole arcade echoes throughout. The rooms have solid bones and are generally quiet, though, if people are respectful.

Room, location, staff and property are fine. Restaurant’s option are very limited. Valet parking additional cost was a surprise as i do not recall seeing it during my reservations.

The property itself was so unique and special and beautiful architecture within walking distance of many many restaurants and shopping. I will stay here again for sure.
