After driving for over 10 hours we arrived at the hotel an hour earlier then check in time. With two little kids and a dog we were exhausted. They checked us-in early which we greatly appreciated I have been to other places in the same situation where they made us wait.

The room was neat and clean. The dining area for breakfast was very dirty. The seats were in bad need of cleaning.

Yes pool and gym were not locked. Children were in both without after supervision. Towels, cana were left. No one checked these areas. Sheets on bed were put on wrong side out as was the shower curtain. Hole in door where towel hook should be. There is a lack of quality control.
