For its price point it wasn’t terrible. Due to the set up the property they have sets of fire doors going down hallways. People slam these doors all night long, but in all fairness I don’t know that you could make it quiet. Minimalistic. There was a constant odor of pot at the front door and in one particular hallway and staff didn’t seem concerned.

This hotel is fairly old and worn. When you book a room with so many negative reviews, your expectations should not be 5 star. The staff at checkin were fighting against computer issues and were kind and courteous during the process. The breakfast was interesting - take some of the money you saved and run to Wendy's. Overall this vintage hotel needs some love. Please don't take your frustrations out on the staff. They are doing the best they can.

Check in was at 3 and we did not get a key to our room until 4:50 which made us late to our event. When i voiced my concern i was threatened by a staff member who told me they would just cancel my room knowing everything was booked in Columbus. Staff did not have any identification, no receipt was ever given. The rooms were disgusting, did not get the room i booked, and we watched a rat walking around the outside of the building under the cars. Horrible experience and we left prior to check out time and dod not eat the breakfast.

This place was terrible! Unprepared for check in’s. Waited over an hour just to get keys. Rude staff. Room was filthy and had bugs on dresser. Door didn’t close well. I could go on…. Terrible!!

Everything was dirty or broken. Found a broken fingernail and found a couple pill bottles. Broken window out in the parking lot “glass in one of the parking spots. Would not come back here.

This place makes prisons look good. From the drugs being done to the mystery stains on the bedding, this is not a place to stay. Run!
