Quaint neighborhood, walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants
2 out of 3 beds comfortable
Linens appeared clean

CONS:
TV did not work and no response despite reporting the issue on our first night
Couches stained. My sister sat on the couch after we arrived, and when she stood up her pants were wet
Living room rug stained.
Very poor cleaning - had to clean up large dark sticky spot on dining room floor. Under couch and beds were filthy. Someone’s nylon footies on the mantel. Kitchen cupboards nasty. First glass I selected was dirty.
There were no regular size spoons, only two large spoons. Minimal cooking supplies and bring your own coffee.
Lots of damage throughout, so make sure you document it. The only place I’ve ever stayed that requires a damage deposit, which is shocking given all the damage and lack of quality.
Kitchen has a strange setup and there is no light or window over the kitchen sink.
With a lot more care, this could be a charming old home. Without this, none of us would stay here again.
