Close to mid cities area full of stores and restau

The only irk I have is I flew in at 5 am and check in was 2pm. Not good

"Beautiful Hotel, Fantastic Service"

Walking through the doors of this hotel, we were struck by the beauty of the hotel's interior. This hotel is on the best hotel stays I've ever experienced. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful. I would have not asked for anything better than this, I was extremely pleased and impressed with the service and condition of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, it;s now become one my top five favorite places to lodge while in DFW metro area. ~Awesome!

Stay away

It is so bad that i am writing my review while stay in the hotel now. the good: the hotel is not smell as bad. furnitures and paints are fairly clean. the bad: sink, tub, and toilet are dirty (not to a level of intolerable). no Iron, the worst thing is they did not even replaced the trask bag and towels for two days in a row. I have to ask for different towels on the second day. the clean up people did not vacuum the floor. all they did is wiped the sink dry, make the bed and fold the bath towels. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Fantastic Hotel- Highly recommended

My husband and i stayed at the hotel on a trip to celebrate my 40th birthday and we were very impressed with all it had to offer. The hotel is in a fabulous location. the hotel seemed to be in a quiet location and we were right on the front of the hotel and never had any noise issues. I am so glad I stayed here The room wasnt huge but i have stayed in smaller in England and Europe. We had a super kingsize bed which was wonderfully comfortable, flat screen tv, a lovely bathroom and all the facilities you need in your room including complimentary wifi. was a great additional perk and saved us a lot of money on the trip. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us.

Cheap Hotel. Bring your own hair dryer.

For a cheap night's stay this was ok. They used flat sheets merely laid on the mattress, instead of fitted sheets. I had a microwave and fridge, but no hair dryer and no good place to put on my makeup. This is a new establishment, but the faux slate bathroom tiles had missing grout, there were gouges in the sheetrock where the toilet paper dispenser was obviously mis-installed, and so many small construction issues. The towels are thin, rough, and scratchy. A bonus if your back itches. Lots of noise outside the room at about 10pm, but it died off and wasn't an issue overnight. That is a big bonus because this place is right on the busy freeway. The bed was ok, there was ample lighting for the small room. As a single female traveler, I felt safe enough to stay again. Next time, I'll bring my own hair dryer!

this is one of the best hotel

i been travel a lot for business so family reunion. i have seen this hotel since they were under construction after they open i stay at this hotel. they have made their rooms so modern and stylist i am impress also their rooms are bigger and clean. staff were so friendly and price were under budget. i strongly recommend any one traveling in DFW area check it out.
