This property is clean, fresh and modern. The lights are so bright and the lay out of the hotel is so easy to get around. My room was very clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed the bathroom mirror with the modern lighting. All of the hotel is very modern. I felt like I was staying in a fancy hotel in a downtown Dallas.

Unacceptable behavior from one particular desk clerk who works day shift. Unprofessional and rude. I had to pay for a nights stay while staying next door at their competition. I expect a full refund! The last three times a stayed at this property has been a disaster.
