It was a basic Motel 6. It was a decent place to sleep for a week while I was in town for work.

This place is gross. Avoid it if possible. Guest and staff smoke both inside and outside. No one wears masks.

Dirty!! Had to ask for new sheets and make my own because the guy didn't believe in me I had to take pictures and show him and they still didn't change the sheets on that bed I had to sleep on the other bed with a clean sheets he provided

The building was very run down. They were remodeling, but the pictures and advertisement gave the impression that the remodeling was completed.

Door locks broken. Outside entrance did not work from outside. Very run down. Bedspreads had holes. towels had stains and very thin. I gave it a 2nd chance and the 2nd time was worse than the first time. The person above us stomped across the floor continuously. I would rate less than a 1. Will never go back.

Convenient location

Building run down, showing a lot of wear. Doors all sagged, hard to latch. Sheets had blue paint spots, was easy to tell they didn't change sheets as advertised. Really thin walls.Yappy little dog next door. Could hear tv and conversation like in same room. Pillows were really bad. Bathroom tile broken and lifting up from floor. Book early and get a better room for the same price. I waited too long. Looked good online. I think it was, about ten years ago. I think it's needs a remodel.

Decent room and area

Pros: Large comfortable beds
Cons: Maybe breakfast
Location: It is close to two major freeways with easy access to food places. It is almost directly in the middle of Dallas/Fort Worth. Uber wherever you need!
We stayed overnight at this Motel 6 to be close to family. I knew the area so I knew it was safe and well kept. We checked in around 9 PM with no difficulty. I booked via Travelocity. The hotel is three stories and brightly lit. The parking lots are well lit also. It has a working elevator so it would be handicap friendly. Our room was huge. It has two large beds that were clean and comfortable. We saw no evidence of bugs or disrepair. We occasionally heard people in the halls coming in but it was not too loud. There is free wifi and TV with cable. It is not the Hilton but was clean. There are several restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. I would stay there again. We just used it for sleep. The rates are very reasonable.

Not for movers...

Moving halfway across the country is tough enough but when a listing says they have parking for bigger vehicles that are hauling trailers and we arrive at 10p and there is none except parking on the street, I get upset. The front desk guy wasn't all that helpful either. Looked like he really didn't care much about what he was doing. Was unsure if we could park on street. Luckilly for us a cop happened to drive by and gave us the ok. Then I get in and my friends tell me they had to clean off the toilet with wet wipes because it was dirty and to cap it off, there wasn't any shampoo. We basically needed a place to lay out heard for the night, and spent way too much for it considering the headaches.

Could've been better

Pros: The price. Close to some restaurants.
Cons: Have irons.
I reserved two rooms which were suppose to be non-smoking. One of the rooms smelled a little like old smoke being covered up with air freshener. The room that smelled good was good until the toilet overflowed and the housekeeper gave me a couple of old towels but didn't completely dry it all. She just threw some sanitizing liquid on the floor and wiped it with some towels The toilet worked after my husband used a plunger. We just left the water under the sink it like it was since it was our last night & we were only there to sleep. Hallway smelled like someone was smoking in another room. There was no iron in the room & the one they let me borrow didn't work so I had to go buy my own at a dollar store. Overall I thought it was gonna be a little better.
