Hello Kurt, It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Through guest feedback like yours, we are better able to address such issues quickly and thus improve the guest experience for future visitors and for your own future visits.

I wasted money here. Checked in- advised of previous noise concerns. Same thing this time but did not stay. Came back next morning to talk to manager. Waited about an hour for manager but never came. Left my number for manager to call. I'm expecting a refund or some type of compensation.

They should put water in every room of the hotel with cups and also when we called for a question they never answer. Worst service!

Customer service was subpar. Our reservation got messed up and they gave our room away without contacting me. They had to downgrade us to a room with a full size bed but charged us the same price. No apologies ever. This was the first night of our honeymoon (we were just passing through) but it was a really disappointing experience.
