The place was just as described...it was just like the photos or a little better. It was super clean. The staff was very efficient. It did seem they were stressed out and lacked some hospitality. The night we stayed a wedding party took over the entire restaurant which shut down the restaurant and room service. That was very disappointing. They said it happens as few times during the year. We should have been be told about this when booking. Overall, I would give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5 but with not giving notice of the restaurant and room service being closed and lack of hospitality I would say a 4.

Uniquely decorated, clean hotel. It was rather loud. The restaurant played techno music at a level that required people to talk louder to be heard. This created a volume more like a bar than a restaurant. The walls of the rooms seemed rather thin as well and i spent the night listening to loud sex in the room next door

I love this hotel. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are great. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I do with there were a couple more pillows on it (just because it’s a huge bed and I’m a pillow addict, though). The bathroom is very nice and the shower is luxurious and modern, as is the general decor of the hotel. It’s nice that there’s a smart TV also that guests can watch Hulu or whatever else. The breakfast buffet was also good, decent amount of options, and it’s included with your room. I also needed to request a late checkout til noon and the front desk was VERY accomodating. I will always stay here when my business brings me this way!

Spacious, bright, clean & classy - wish we'd stayed longer. Very unique vs the "same old, same old" hotels, highly recommended !

Nice, modern hotel. Front desk was very friendly. The faucet was a little loose from the sink and at an awkward angle but overall the room was comfortable.

Modern, Clean, Welcoming

Location: There is local retail shopping (DSW, Starbucks, Trader Joe) within a 5 minute ride and other restaurants, stores and supermarkets within 10 minutes.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was bright, clean and spacious, and only a minute from the highway, although it feels very tucked away. The rooms are really large and have everything you need (fridge, toiletries, etc). The buffet breakfast was also good and I was pleased to see they offer bagels from my favorite local shop. The only thing they need to fix was our faucet. It is too far back from the sink and the water spills all over the counter and floor. We had to move our toiletry bags from the countertop and put a towel on the floor to catch the water. I imagine this is not a simple fix, but it is a nuisance for guests. Hopefully, only our room has that issue. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
